Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Products must retain all tags, labels, and accessories to qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Intimate or hygiene-related products

Refund Process:

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective product, wrong item, or error on our part.

  • For defective or damaged products, Wolkery will cover the shipping cost for the return.

Partial Refunds:
